Job Summary
Deliver and assist residents with daily needs, including personal care, activity preparation, and social programs in accordance with state and federal regulations. Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent communication skills while supporting the YOUNITE philosophy of genuine respect and active listening. Required Qualifications
