Job Summary
Deliver and assist residents with daily personal care needs, prepare them for activities and social programs, and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. Ensure all care aligns with accepted standards of practice, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a professional image and utilize excellent communication skills while working full-time shifts from 2p-10p or 6p-6a. This role supports Tutera Senior Living & Health Care's YOUNITE philosophy of respecting unique resident and team member needs through active listening and personalized care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
