Job Summary
Deliver and assist residents with daily personal care needs, activity preparation, and routine tasks in accordance with state and federal regulations. Provide basic nursing care and perform procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor. Maintain a professional image and demonstrate excellent communication skills while supporting residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities. Full-time and part-time shifts available with a competitive starting wage and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
