Job Summary
Deliver and assist residents with daily personal care needs, prepare them for activities and social programs, and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. Ensure all care aligns with accepted standards of practice, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a professional image and utilize excellent communication skills while working within a family-owned company founded in 1985. Active CNA certification in the state of practice is required, with prior LTC/SNF experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
