Job Summary
Deliver and assist residents with daily personal care needs, prepare them for activities and social programs, and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor. Ensure all activities align with accepted standards of practice, state, and federal regulations. Maintain professional image and behavior while utilizing excellent communication skills to support residents and the team. This role requires active CNA certification in the state of practice and is available to those with prior LTC/SNF experience. Required Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
