Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Trio Healthcare. Assist residents with baths, showers, personal grooming, feeding, toileting, and bathing; transport residents to treatment units using a wheelchair or stretcher; observe and document residents’ conditions, including vital signs and intake/output, and report changes to licensed staff. Perform clerical duties related to residents’ condition and care.
