Job Summary
Deliver daily resident care under the supervision of an RN, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and hydration. Follow individual Plans of Care, promptly respond to resident calls, monitor changes in skin condition or signs of pressure areas, assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities, and foster a supportive environment for residents and coworkers on the night shift (10p-6a).
