Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Assist residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them as needed. Observe and report changes in residents' condition while making independent decisions when necessary. Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort, well-being, and a safe environment. Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents based on their plan of care and individual needs. Active state CNA certification required; high school diploma preferred.
