Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Conduct daily nursing care and services for residents based on their individual plans of care, including assisting with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, and transporting them as needed. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, making independent decisions when necessary, while collaborating with the team to ensure comfort and well-being. Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents and maintain a safe, comfortable environment. Requires active state CNA certification, high school diploma or GED, and 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
