Assist residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them as needed. Observe and report changes in residents' condition while making independent decisions when necessary. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment based on the resident's plan of care and individual needs. Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and high school diploma preferred.
