Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Conduct daily nursing care and services for residents based on their individual plans of care, including assisting with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them as needed. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions while making independent decisions when necessary. Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort, well-being, and a safe environment, providing companionship, compassion, and encouragement throughout. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. This role requires an active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and a high school diploma or GED.
