Job Summary
Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed. Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when required. Collaborate with the team to ensure resident comfort and well-being while providing companionship, compassion, and encouragement. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment based on the resident's plan of care and individual needs. Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required; a high school diploma or GED/HSE is preferred.
