Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding, according to individual care plans. Assist with mobility and transfers, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to call lights. Maintain a clean, safe environment while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care. Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Shifts available include full-time, part-time, on-call, day, swing, and night.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the State of practice
- Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting residents with mobility
- Must be able to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to pass a background check
