Job Summary
Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services per the residents assessment and care plan, under supervision. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bed bath, shower, oral hygiene, hair care, dressing), nail care, mobility/repositioning, bowel/bladder assistance, vital signs, call-light response, safety and infection-control procedures, meal tray setup and feeding, documentation on flow sheets, and transport to activities/therapy. Maintain a clean, safe environment, report changes to the LPN/Nurse Supervisor, and uphold confidentiality and compassionate resident care. Strong teamwork and customer-service orientation required. Located in Fort Oglethorpe, GA with a signed-on bonus and Relias training linked to tenure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- State of Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant
- Long term health care experience preferred as a Nursing Assistant
