Job Summary
Deliver meals, assist residents with personal hygiene, and transport individuals within the facility while documenting food and fluid intake. Observe residents for health issues, report concerns to supervising nurses, and maintain clean living areas. Adhere to all facility policies, federal, state, and local requirements, ensuring resident confidentiality and following professional standards. Maintain physical strength and stamina to support daily living activities and assist nursing staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current and Valid CNA certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for several medical conditions
