Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Monitor vital signs, document resident information, and support residents during meals while encouraging independence. Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team, provide compassionate emotional support, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident. Full-time and part-time shifts available with same-day pay.
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
