Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence. Assist nurses with treatments and clinical care as directed, observe residents, and promptly report changes in condition. Record accurate documentation of care provided and help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team. Day shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), and PRN shifts available. Active North Carolina CNA certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Long-term care experience is a plus—but not required
