Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) according to care plans, measure and record vital signs, food and fluid intake, and report changes. Provide care for residents with mental health conditions, psychosocial needs, or history of trauma, while assisting with lifting, turning, positioning, transferring, and transporting residents. Observe and report skin changes, pressure areas, or breakdowns, and collect specimens as instructed. This role is available as needed in Zion, Illinois, for those with current CNA certification and CPR training.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Illinois)
- CPR certification
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and support agencies
