Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA, STNA)

Assist residents with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them as needed. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions while making independent decisions when necessary. Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort, well-being, and a safe environment through companionship and encouragement. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. Active state CNA certification and a high school diploma or GED are required, with 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
