Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA, STNA)

Assist residents with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them as needed. Observe and report changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary. Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort, well-being, and a safe environment while providing companionship, compassion, and encouragement. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents based on their individual care plans. Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and a high school diploma are required, with 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
