Job Summary
Record vital signs, report patient care concerns to nursing staff, and assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility. Provide basic emotional support to residents and families while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to follow established procedures and support nutritional needs per care plans. Work PRN shifts across day, evening, and night rotations in Georgetown, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid STNA certification to work in the State of Ohio
- Current CPR certification from AHA, ARC, or other accepted provider
- Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts
