Job Summary
Provide high-quality elder care and safety, supporting residents to do as much for themselves as possible while offering compassionate, person-centered care. Assist residents with daily activities, meals, and mobility; plan and share meals; perform laundry and light housekeeping; document care and communicate effectively with the care team. Requires Ohio CNA/STNA certification, completion of the state test, and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. Full-time 2nd and 3rd shift positions with starting pay of $18.50/hour (with experience-based increases and a $1 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts).
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio
- Pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry
