Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) position at Otterbein Tipp City. Provide resident-centered care including assistance with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, ambulating, transferring, and restorative nursing procedures. Maintain safety and infection control, document care accurately, report hazards, and collaborate with residents, families, and the health-care team. Participate in in-service programs, protect resident dignity and privacy, and perform duties under nurse supervision. Roles include home health, hospice, or facility settings with shift options (First and Second Shift) and PRN; benefits include medical, PTO, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and DailyPay. Must be state-certified in Ohio and listed on the Nurse Aide Registry; HS diploma/GED preferred and strong communication skills. Location: Tipp City, Ohio, USA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Satisfactory completion of an approved nurse aide training program
- Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio
- Listed on the Nurse Aide Registry
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions
- Lift and transfer residents safely
