Job Summary
Provide high-quality elder care and safety, supporting residents' independence and participation in meaningful activities. Assist residents with getting up, going to bed, and daily routines; plan and share meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry; ensure resident comfort and safety, and help with decision-making opportunities. Requires Ohio CNA/STNA certification, passing the state test, and being listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. DailyPay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany full-time shifts (2nd and 3rd).
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio
- Must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry
- On-the-job assistance offered to obtain certification
- Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proper lift technique and lift equipment use
