Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA, STNA)

Assist residents with personal hygiene, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them as needed. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions while making independent decisions when necessary. Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort, well-being, and a safe environment. Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents based on their individual care plans. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. Active state CNA certification and high school diploma required; 0-1 years of experience preferred.
