Job Summary
Conduct personal hygiene activities, assist with turning, lifting, and positioning residents, and transport them as needed. Observe and report changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary. Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being while providing companionship, compassion, and encouragement. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and a high school diploma or GED are required.
