Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities, personal hygiene, and adjunct care while monitoring vital signs and recording data in charts. Provide comfort and transportation, acting as a vital link between residents, nurses, and other facility staff. Adhere to professional standards, federal, state, and local policies and procedures. Work day shift on a per diem schedule, potentially part-time, with at least 2-3 days per month required. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course
- Basic computer skills

- Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
