Job Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on care while promoting resident dignity and independence by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Build meaningful relationships through companionship and encourage residents to feel at home. Observe residents for condition changes and communicate updates to nursing leadership. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in a safe, welcoming environment. Maintain current CNA certification and bring a compassionate heart to support our residents who are the heart of everything we do.
