Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing setting under supervision of a Registered Nurse, LPN/LVN, or Director of Nursing. Responsibilities include taking and recording vital signs, measuring height/weight/fluid intake, recognizing abnormal changes and reporting them, assisting with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, activities of daily living, transferring/positioning residents, skin care, contributing to assessments and the plan of care, providing nursing rehabilitation/restorative nursing services, following the resident needs schedule, supporting emotional and social needs, protecting resident rights and confidentiality, and ensuring safety with no physical restraints in accordance with professional standards. Requires High School Diploma or GED and CNA licensure per state requirements; 1+ years clinical/nursing experience; English proficiency; COVID-19 vaccination as required by policy.
