Job Summary
Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and fluid intake/output. Assist residents with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Transfer, position, and turn residents while providing skin care and emotional support. Contribute to resident assessments and care plans, promote resident rights and independence, and report any abnormal changes or concerns to the supervisor. Requires CNA licensure, one to three months of related experience, and proficiency in English. Shifts are day shifts with a comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental, vision, and retirement coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
