Job Summary
Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and fluid intake/output. Assist residents with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Transfer, position, and turn residents while providing skin care and contributing to their assessment and plan of care. Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report them to a supervisor. Provide emotional and social support, promote resident rights, and respect confidentiality. This day shift part-time role requires CNA licensure, one to three months of related experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
