Job Summary
Lead CNA role with Senior Solutions Home Care in Dickson, TN, providing hands-on and leadership-level caregiving. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene), meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, some transportation, following individualized care plans, covering start-of-care visits, call-outs and last-minute shifts, observing and reporting client condition, training and supporting other caregivers, and building strong relationships with clients and families. Travel up to 50 miles to support clients; schedule includes weekdays with two weekends per month; pay ranges from $16-$18/hour based on experience; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), weekly pay, and referral programs. Must be dependable, flexible, and able to work independently in a leadership capacity while delivering reliable, compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA license
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Reliable transportation
- CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
