Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding, according to individual care plans. Assist with mobility and transfers while monitoring and recording vital signs, intake, and output. Respond promptly to call lights and requests for assistance, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment that adheres to infection control protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement therapeutic activities and promote resident engagement. Full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts available in Tigard, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
