Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities, personal hygiene, and adjunct care while monitoring vital signs and recording daily information in charts. Provide comfort, transportation, and support as a vital link between residents, nurses, and facility staff. Adhere to professional standards and follow all federal, state, and local policies and procedures. Complete state-approved CNA certification training and demonstrate basic computer skills. Work as part of a compassionate team to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively with strong communication abilities.
