Job Summary
Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff, including assisting with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linen changes. Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and report findings to nursing staff promptly. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being while supporting the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered services. Work full-time or part-time shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7pm options with daily pay and $20-25/hour compensation. Join Riverview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center's collaborative team in a 190-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility dedicated to compassion and quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
