Job Summary
CNA position in a skilled nursing community in Albany, OR. Responsibilities include following individualized care plans, assisting with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, mobility, range of motion, and maintaining skin integrity. Duties also cover collecting vital signs, lifting/moving residents with proper body mechanics, documenting care per policy, adhering to safety and infection-control procedures, and communicating with residents, families, peers, and supervisors. Requires CNA certification in the employment state and the ability to obtain CPR/BLS card. Offers multiple schedules including part-time, full-time, evening and weekend shifts, and PRN with a starting wage of $25/hour.
