Job Summary
Provide quality nursing care to residents by following individualized care plans, assisting with grooming, bathing, hygiene, toileting, and other activities of daily living; monitor and document vital signs and weight, assist with transfers and mobility, maintain skin integrity, manage incontinence care, and ensure safety through proper body mechanics and lifting devices. Maintain documentation per department policies and follow infection control procedures. Must possess a CNA certification in the state of employment and have the ability to obtain CPR/BLS.
