Job Summary
Follow the patient's plan of care to ensure comfort and well-being, attending promptly to requests from patients and their families. Support personal care needs including bathing, oral hygiene, bedding changes, and clothing. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided while guiding and supporting families during this challenging time. Work per diem 8-16 hours per week in Bristol County.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting
- Current CPR certification if state-mandated
- Current driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Access to dependable transportation
