Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PRN

Job Summary
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Provide mobility assistance and safely transfer residents using gait belts and mechanical lifts. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, obtain vital signs, and document care per facility policies. Maintain a clean, safe environment while following infection control guidelines and building positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers. Weekend and holiday rotation required with flexible scheduling available. Competitive pay based on experience with shift differentials and same-day pay options.
Required Qualifications
- Current and Active North Carolina CNA Certification
- Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- CPR/BLS Certification preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehabilitation, or Healthcare preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while providing high-quality resident care
