Job Summary
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Provide mobility assistance and safely transfer residents using gait belts and mechanical lifts as needed. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain a clean, safe environment while following infection control guidelines. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers while documenting care per facility policies. This PRN role requires weekend and holiday rotation with flexible scheduling available. Required Qualifications
- Current and Active North Carolina CNA Certification
- Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- CPR/BLS Certification preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehabilitation, or Healthcare preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while providing high-quality resident care
