Job Summary
Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents in a facility setting; support nursing staff with admissions, transfers, and discharges; assist with treatments, examinations, and restorative/rehab activities under supervision; participate in a team-focused, resident-centered environment and maintain resident rights. Walk-in interviews are available during listed hours; multiple shift options (6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) indicate flexible scheduling; a valid CNA license in the state of practice is required. This role is located at Palmer Ranch Center for Rehab and Healing, Sarasota, FL, and requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice and employment.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.
- Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
