Job Summary
Perform patient care activities and accommodative services under the general supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse. Accommodate patient needs within the limits of the position, ensuring duties are accomplished consistent with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. Do not administer medications or therapy, nor assume independent responsibility for patient care. Complete other related duties as assigned or requested. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within PAM Health's collaborative post-acute environment.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state where the hospital resides
- Current BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit
