Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, measure and record vital signs, and support safe mobility and transfers. Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality while following infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to help residents maintain health, dignity, and quality of life. Provide compassionate, hands-on care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Full-time role with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including a $3,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
