Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Portland Health and Rehabilitation Center. Provides care to residents including ADLs (bathing, dressing, toiletry, oral hygiene), feeding, transporting and assisting with mobility, turning/repositioning, recording vital signs and intake/output, and completing documentation in accordance with the plan of care and long-term care standards. Shifts include full-time, part-time, and PRN on Day, Evening, and Night shifts, with compensation up to $28/hour. Requires CA/NNA certification in the state of employment, and a high school diploma or equivalent; emphasizes teamwork and compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Employment
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work well in a team setting
