Job Summary
Provide necessary support for residents' activities of daily living while maintaining patient stability through weight and vital sign monitoring, including input and output tracking. Communicate any changes in resident status to the nursing team and perform other job-related duties as required. Act as the primary caregiver on the Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center nursing team, serving a long-term care facility dedicated to quality resident care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Alabama
- Must have patience
- Must have tact
- Must have cheerful disposition
- Must have enthusiasm
- Must be willing to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality
- Must be able to provide necessary support for all activities of daily living
- Must be able to maintain patient stability
- Must be able to monitor weight and vital signs
- Must be able to input and output
- Must be able to communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
- Must be able to bring two forms of ID
- Must be able to bring current CNA license
- Must be able to bring Proof of TB Test if available
