Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Integritus Healthcare, provide quality nursing care to residents in a facility setting, assist with daily living activities ( bathing, dressing, mobility, hygiene, nutrition/feeding ), document observations and care in the electronic health record, follow individualized care plans, report changes promptly, maintain residents' rights and confidentiality, and collaborate with supervisors and care teams to support resident comfort and recovery in short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care environments.
Required Qualifications
- CNA license or certification required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required
- Experience assisting residents with ADLs as per care plan
- Documenting in electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to observe and report changes in resident condition
- Strong communication with residents, families, and staff
