Job Summary
Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs on the Day Shift (6 AM–6 PM). Assist with daily living activities (mobility, bathing, dressing, meals), monitor resident comfort and dietary needs, document intake/output, report condition changes to nursing staff, and build lasting relationships with residents and their families. Participate in on-the-job training, continuing education, and Nursing Tuition Reimbursement opportunities. Must hold current CNA certification and demonstrate compassionate communication and a willingness to learn long-term care guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification

- Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care
