Job Summary
Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, assist with activities of daily living, monitor and respond to resident requests in a respectful manner, maintain a clean and safe environment, assist with meals and activities, ensure accurate resident documentation, attend training and orientation to maintain CNA certification, and support quality, compassionate care for residents.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
- Prior work/life experiences involving independent decision making (desirable)
- Prior healthcare experience (desirable)
