Job Summary
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) provides direct daily living assistance and compassionate care to residents in a 45-bed long-term care community. Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating; delivering emotional support and companionship; communicating with residents, families, and the healthcare team; performing routine vital checks and health monitoring; facilitating recreational and therapeutic activities; and adhering to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa
- Ability to activate certification
- Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
