Job Summary
Provide individualized attention to residents, assisting with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, and ambulation while maintaining their comfort, privacy, and dignity. Carry and follow assigned resident care plans, promptly answer call lights, and document care provided. Perform tasks such as checking vital signs, applying lotions, and assisting with laundry, while lifting and moving residents using proper techniques like gait belts and Hoyer lifts. Follow safety and infection control procedures, report incidents of abuse or neglect, and escort residents for appointments. Work part-time between 24-48 hours per period on day, PM, or NOC shifts with every other weekend rotation. Requires a current North Dakota CNA license.
Required Qualifications
- current North Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant license
- Must be able to lift, move, and transport residents by using gait belt, one-person transfer, two person transfer, Hoyer lift, standing lift, etc.
